Delivery Information

White Glove Delivery £145*

All furniture is made-to-order with a current 10-12 week lead time

Your furniture will be delivered via a true White Glove Delivery service. This means your handcrafted design will be blanket wrapped, delivered to a downstairs room of your choice and will be assembled (where necessary) by our specialist 2-person delivery company. 

Your furniture will be handmade in our workshop and we are currently working to a 10 -12 week lead time. When you have placed your order we will be in touch to discuss the design and to confirm everything. At this time we will pencil in an estimated delivery date and give you access to our online tracking system. 

Closer to your delivery date our delivery partner will contact you directly to secure your delivery day, discuss access and will give you a 3 hour delivery window.

On the day of delivery you will be updated via SMS and receive a courtesy call with an accurate arrival time. 

Please note due to the size and weight of our furniture and the requirement to install some parts on site our delivery team can be with you for around 1 hour, with some larger furniture pieces being slightly longer. We request that ample time is given on the day so our team can carry out the delivery to the quality we expect. 

*Please note due to the size and weight of our furniture some further a field locations such as the Highlands and off-shore locations may have a larger delivery fee. We will be in touch to discuss this if required. 

Cancellations
As all orders are custom and made to order we are unable to cancel once confirmed.

Returns
In the unlikely event an item does not meet our usual standards and you are unhappy with the order then you must refuse delivery and ensure this is noted on the drivers paperwork with a reason. It is important that you do not accept a delivery that is not to your satisfaction and that you refuse the delivery sending it back with the courier. Order Changes
We understand that minds can change and we are open to changes being made following confirmation of the order, where possible. The only exception to this is a change in dimensions and layout. But if possible we will accommodate providing the costs for any changes are met by yourself, and all changes must be made prior to the ‘order confirmation’ email being replied to.
